This is how you can put meta tags in your blog

1. Login to your Blogger Dashboard.
2. Go to Template –> Edit HTML.
3. And Find for this code.

Now add below code just after the above code.

<meta content='DESCRIPTION HERE' name='description'/>
<meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/>
<meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>

Now delete red color words and Write Description, Keywords and Author Name

 according to your blog
